Service Description. This Site describes Emergency Towing, Flatbed Towing, Vehicle Jump Start, Car Lockout Service, Roadside Assistance provided by Affordable AZ Towing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://affordableaztowing.com is the property of Affordable AZ Towing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Affordable AZ Towing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Affordable AZ Towing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Affordable AZ Towing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Affordable AZ Towing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AZ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AZ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
